My name is Simon and I work as a Software Engineer with rather general knowledge and widely spread interests, which I'd like to share with you here on this blog. I started programming 7 years ago with Java and worked with it very succesfully since then. I'm also certified as an Oracle Java SE 7 Professional.
In 2016, Kotlin caught my serious attention and I started using it as much as possible. It quickly became my favorite topic and I'm very keen on sharing my knowledge and spreading the word about it generally. This blog is supposed to provide relevant information about Kotlin and demonstrates various usage examples of the language. In addition to writing about Kotlin, I also like to give talks at meetups and conferences. In order to help others master the language, I use to answer corresponding questions on StackOverflow, too. Please feel free to reach out to me whenever you like: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you want to host a workshop on Kotlin, please reach out, I'd be happy to help you learn the language. There's also a (German only) website advertising this service.
